Heather is originally from Leeds. A coffee addict and pizza lover.  Professionally trained dancer and currently performs regularly as a dancer/ Aerialist. If she’s not hanging upside down, dancing or teaching, you can catch Heather eating and breathing fire. Heather has been living in London as a certified PT and fitness instructor for 5 years. She’s very passionate about helping others achieve their goals and ultimately wants to make sure you leave class feeling energised and inspired.
