Lift is a weights based class where you'll work on strength mixed with some erg based cardio.

Each session includes a warm up, full workout and cool down with a mobility focus.

Our fully kitted out open gym will be your playground for these sessions, which features all the gear, including barbells, squat racks, dumbbells and cardio equipment.
