Juliette became a plant-based chef a year ago after stopping university where she was studying Environmental Sciences. She taught sports in her university gym centre alongside chef jobs. She started riding in 2019 back in Switzerland to try something other than running. She fell in love with Ride and the passion she has for it keeps on growing. She also finds power in endurance and long distance challenges. She cares for people’s physical and mental health and will always fight for our planet.
