“Chaotic energy” is how Tess has been described. Big energy, big smiles. Coming from a performing background, she finds fitness is the best outlet for your mind and body. Motivation is key and she does this for the LOVE of it. Changing our mindset of fitness and using it as your tool to feel empowered and epic. She starts her sessions by saying “45 minutes just for you, be selfish with your time in here and anything that’s playing on your mind today we leave on the dance floor”.
