Having been in the fitness industry for over a decade, Zack started his journey working with professional footballers, athletes and boxers. Taking that expertise to the general population to help make them the best possible athlete they can be, Zack’s focus is to make you improve, you complete structured runs to improve your conditioning, you lift heavy weights with good form to get stronger, prevent injury and increase longevity and you do this with a smile knowing each time you turn up you're getting the little bit better.
