Ben became a PT three years ago after 6 years working as a broker in the city. During this time he also played rugby in the national leagues in both Wales and England. Unfortunately had to stop playing rugby due to many concussions, as he had always been passionate about fitness, he decided to go all in and forge a career in fitness.
