Chris comes from a dance background, and found a natural progression into the fitness world four years ago. Since then he has qualified as a PT and has taught various concepts of group class across London, as well as developing on his dance and choreographic journey. He coaches from a place of technique but wraps it in high energy playlists, cheesy jokes and mindful signposts throughout your session to leave you feeling accomplished and proud of yourself when you leave the studio.
