Bella is all about feeling confident, finding confidence and getting strong. Her sessions will always be a safe space and you’re guaranteed to leave feeling motivated and empowered. After battling an eating disorder in her teens, she found working out as not just therapy but as a saviour; realising the power of working out and determined to help others find balance through eating intuitively and working out. Bella has a work hard, play hard approach to training. Life is about balance- get spicy, sweaty and strong in her sessions but also, eat the cake!
