Rory's passion for fitness and training began from a young age through playing rugby, this passion led Rory to quit his post uni 9-5 job to enter the fitness industry. Rory's training primarily revolves around strength and functional movements as well as long distance running and cycling. He always like to keep things exciting and continue to challenge himself by taking part in marathons, ultra-marathons, and functional fitness competitions. Outside of fitness Rory is a model, snowboard instructor and loves to feed his adventurous side through regular travel. Rory's classes are high energy, challenging and full of good vibes. He will push you to reach your true potential whilst always ensuring everyone makes it out alive and well.
