Get to Know You

  1. Which concepts do you teach?Reshape.
  2. How long have you been at 1Rebel? 3 wonderful years.
  3. What inspired you to become a trainer?I became a trainer because I truly love people. I love hearing their stories, being surrounded by all different backgrounds, and helping them discover their own strength. For me, fitness isn’t just about workouts, it’s about giving people the space to show up for themselves, no matter what kind of day they’ve had. Some days it’s about pushing hard, other days it’s just about moving and being present - and both are powerful. What inspires me most is seeing how those small steps can change someone’s life, helping them to realise they can become whoever they want to be.
  4. If you weren’t a fitness instructor, what would you be doing?I would be a TV Presenter or a Therapist.

Training Philosophy

  1. Describe your training style in one sentence.Supportive, energetic, and focused on meeting people where they’re at while helping them to push just a little further than they thought they could.
  2. What’s the number 1 piece of advice you give new Rebels? Just show up. Don’t worry about being perfect, it’s about your 10/ 10 for today. You should be unbelievably proud of yourself for taking 45 minutes out of your day to try something new. It was everyones first time once - even us trainers.
  3. How do you stay motivated on low-energy days?I remind myself that movement doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Just getting started, even with something small, can completely shift my energy.
  4. What’s your post-class recovery ritual?Snacks snacks snacks! I also love jumping into Reset.

  1. What’s one song that never leaves your playlist?‘AMGA’ by Killer.
  2. What’s the vibe of your classes in 3 words?Energetic, inclusive and empowering.
  3. Throwbacks or new tracks?LOVE a throwback! Don’t be surprised if you enter the room to Footloose.
  4. What’s the one song that always gets the room fired up?Harlem Shake.

  2. What’s in your gym bag right now?Sweaty clothes.
  3. One myth about fitness you’d love to bust?It’s one of the biggest misconceptions in fitness that improvement only comes from pushing yourself to the absolute limit every session. In reality, the real magic happens through consistency, recovery, smart programming, listening to your body and finding movement you actually enjoy. Exercise shouldn't be a punishment.
