Fitness has been a constant in Jacks life since a young age. Having trained as a dancer; hard work, determination and patience are all things he has carried through to his fitness journey. Jacks own training focusses on strength and functional movements, creating a stable and solid base to continue to push himself. He also enjoys running and has his eye on a full marathon having completed his first half last year. Outside of fitness Jack is an actor and dancer having performed across the world and in the West End in many musicals and movies. If Jack could change one thing right now it would be to be to travel more and visit places, he never thought he’d get to. Jacks’ classes are challenging, energetic and leave you on an all time high. He will push you physically and mentally to achieve bigger and better and strive to reach your true potential in and out of class.
