Choose from Lift, where your trainer will help you perfect your form + build strength in a weights focused class. Or Sweat, our next level 45 minute sweat session where we dial up the intensity + the vibes.

Choose from Lift, a weights based class where you'll work on strength + form, or Sweat where you'll work on endurance using cardio equipment, kettlebells + dumbbells.

Each session includes a warm up, full workout and cool down with a mobility focus.

Our fully kitted out open gym will be your playground for these sessions, which features all the gear, including barbells, squat racks, dumbbells and cardio equipment.
