Using our state of the art Reformer beds, this low impact, full body workout will improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Expect dynamic movements and isolated muscle holds, all to the beat of your favourite house tracks. Open to all, with no previous pilates experience required, plus this isn’t a full on sweat experience, so perfect if you don’t have time to shower. Contract holders get 24 hour priority booking from the time the weekly schedule is released on Saturdays.
